Before I used to work at the country field with a machete, and one day I decided to come here to look for a temporary position.

Since then, Melonicsa has encouraged me tremendously and I am now proud to say that I drive one of the biggest tractors in the country. I have been able to take advantage of the opportunities the company presents me and they have recognized my desires. They know me since the beginning, when I started from zero and how I’ve improved. The presence of Melonicsa here also benefits us as a community.
