Nicaragua will participate in the Latin American and the Caribbean Outsourcing and Offshoring Summit, Outsource2LAC 2015, with a delegation of 10 companies and PRONicaragua, the official investment and export promotion agency of Nicaragua. The event will be held in Guadalajara, Mexico this November 11-13 and is being organized by the Inter-American Development Bank, the Government of the State of Jalisco, Jalisco's Secretariat of Economic Development, PROMEXICO and Connect Americas.
Nicaragua’s delegation in this year’s Outsource2LAC will include Slick Developers, Landterra BPO, OOQIA td, Nestrix Corporation S.A, Cocomsys, Chacuantool, LGMD Solutions S.A., Accedo Technologies, Connect International, LLC and CT Outsourcing Services. Currently, these companies offer top quality services such as software development, mobile application development, digital marketing, business consulting, customer service, sales and collections. During the event, the Nicaraguan delegation will be able to meet potential clients and establish key contacts to enhance their growth.
The event will provide an extraordinary opportunity for service buyers and suppliers to learn about current trends in the global outsourcing industry and to identify business opportunities in Latin America and the Caribbean. It is expected the participation of nearly 400 companies of the service sector from around the globe, regional and international companies and Trade and Investment Promotion Agencies. The event is a unique scenario to meet, network and engage with potential clients and trading partners, as well as to listen to some of the most influential professionals from the industry.
Currently, over 40 companies operate in the outsourcing industry of Nicaragua, which have generated more than 6 thousand jobs, representing a 17 percent increase in comparison to the previous year. In 2014, exports of the outsourcing industry reached US$84 million.
